Cancellation Policies

1) Due to the limited nature of these events, we kindly request that you give 48 hours notice for a cancellation. To further help ensure, we will take your credit card information at the time of booking. You will only be charged in the event that you cancel within 48 hours of the event or fail to show up for your reservation.

2) These events do take place outdoors. We are equipped to operate in all kinds of weather. However, in the event of severe conditions where we cannot operate, we will let you know as early as possible and you will not be charged the cancellation/no-show fee.

Menu Policies

1) Once again due to limited availability, we are unable to accommodate any kind of dietary restriction or preference. If you have any questions about our sample menu, please feel free to reach out to us at afternoontea@kikiscoffeeshop.com and we will be happy to assist.

2) We will do our best to ensure that minimal changes are made to the presented menu, however the menu provided is just a sample and subject to change based on availability of ingredients.
